Returned Merchandise Procedure:The buyer must contact Dorfin’s customer service department for a returned merchandise authorization and shipping instructions prior to returning any products. All returns must be shipped prepaid, in resalable condition, in original carton(s) where applicable and are subject to issuance of a credit or refund. Handling charge could be 20% or more depending upon the circumstances. No returns will be accepted after 30 days. Customized goods are not returnable unless deemed to be defective or not as ordered.
