My Story
A notorious late bloomer, I have dipped my toes into several different career fields only to land upon a field that I previously only viewed as a hobby.
I have always been computer savvy. I became interested in the what, why and how a computer processes information and functions. With a degree in information science, I love using a particular coded formula to produce eye-catching graphics and design.
As a Mom, I know what I like and what is user friendly. I started this little web design service for small businesses and not-for-profits to give you the tools to present your information on the Internet.
I believe marketing should be clean, catchy and to the point. I am excited to get started growing your business and web presence.

Pixel Foundry is a small online marketing business supporting small business and not-for-profit organizations that need affordable service and personal attention.
Consultation: We will get together via online conference, phone or meet and greet. It is very important to get to know each other so we can discover together your needs and vision for your project to insure a perfect fit.
Discovery: From the questionnaire information you provided, we will discuss your likes and dislikes for your future site by looking at current trends and designs. I will relate possible features that might be a great addition or update from your current site.
Polish, Tweak and Testing: After I have finished with the final design elements and tweaks, I will test the site from the viewer’s perspective to insure all the elements function properly. At this time, I will integrate any Social Media and Search Engine Optimization that is needed for your site to be recognized by internet search browsers.
Deliver and Launch: At last, I will launch your site. All appropriate files will be uploaded to your desired server or webhost. We will meet to review the functions of your site so you are familiar with basic functions. Any training that you need to make site updates or blog posts will happen during our final consult. Your final payment is due at this time.
Design and Content: After the design consultation, it is time to move on to your final website design. All required information the client needs to provide is due at this time. I will layout images, navigation and content. You will have 2 rounds of revisions or additions to request any changes.

Information Gathering: If we hit it off, I will send you a packet including a questionnaire, design service options, service contract and formal proposal. If all the details are to your satisfaction, you will return the signed contract with your first payment. Then the work begins!

Office Hours
a few details…a few details… a few details…Before I can start your project I will need the following from you: Answers to the questionnaire I will provide. I promise it will not be painful. The questionnaire will help me to get a feel for your design preferences.Additionally, I will be requesting specific content that is unique to your project such as: text copy, images, color preferences, apparel images and descriptions and SKU numbers. All images and text content should be final and ready to become part of the website. Keep in mind you will be able to revise after the first draft. PLEASE don't put off sending your images and content- this will only slow down the projects timeline.
Monday-Friday 9 a.m. till 4 p.m. CST (got to pick up those kids!)During your project we will primarily use email but I am available by phone or Skype during office hours. Normally I will respond to emails within 6-12 hours of receiving.
• Any Fees regarding the purchase of your domain name• Fees for maintenance are charged yearly at contract signing • Any structural revisions of the initial design after the offical launch • Cost of any stock images or content copy used with site design
Now for the dreaded money talk.... This may seem odd to include in an intro pack but I want to be very transparent about everything involved with your project.• 50% of the project cost is due before work begins to secure your spot • The remaining 50% is due the day the project launches. I am willing to work out a payment agreement during the projects lifespan if needed.• All cancellation details are within your contract.
