Workshop Overview
Today’s Executive Secretary, Personal Assistant, Administration and Office Professionals are
expected to be multi-skilled, dynamic members of the management team, providing support in
the face of changing demands, challenges and expectations. As the demands of the job become
more complex, Executive Secretaries, Personal Assistants, Administration and Office
Professionals need to ensure they own the attitude, aptitude, skills & talent to match the
evolving needs of their managers & organizations.
Attendance at this workshop will provide you with the knowledge and tools needed to optimize

Professional with more than 18 years of hands-
on experience in the secretarial field. Now
turned Facilitator/Trainer, she shares her
expertise, spanning across multi-national
organizations such as Alexander Forbes, Oxfam
GB and BMW Group SA and state-owned
enterprises at the South African State Theatre,
SABC Radio and Safety & Security SETA. A
previous judge of various secretarial
competitions/awards such as the PA of the Year
and Exxaro Secretary of the Year, she has also
written cover/influencing articles in OFFICE SA
and MY OFFICE magazines.
In 2015, she founded Moloko Speakers &
Associates, an organization dedicated to
advancing strategic career planning for
Office professionals globally and to influence
them to pursue their passion within the
profession.
She has been a repeat facilitator/trainer for the
office administrative/secretarial offerings with
Sterling Afrika Training and Conferencing, NIBS
and OPSA. She has been presenting/facilitating
and training at secretarial conferences,
seminars, summits and workshops to delegates
across South Africa, Namibia and Zimbabwe
including training interventions for the CSIR,
University of Pretoria, VUT and North West
University (Potchefstroom Campus) on business
topics such as: Maximum Productivity for office
