Curriculum for Excellence

This is a simple guide showing how children may move through the levels of CfE. All children progress at their own pace and work is differentiated to support their learning.

Review of Positive Behaviour Policy

• After full consultation with pupils, staff and families, we have reviewed our Positive Behaviour Policy

• All staff are using a restorative approach to support children with their behaviour

• Golden Time has now been replaced by daily reflection time

• A copy of the policy is now on our website

Linking Our Learning (LOL)

• We will be continuing with our LOL format

• The first LOL will be issued on Monday 17th September

• Pupils have 3 weeks to complete LOLs

• Pupils will share their LOL with their class and feedback

will be recorded on the LOL

• Don’t panic! – This should not be stressful.
