Main achievements (February 2014)
Public launching and debate of the project and community building around it (Barcelona & online, 22 January 2014) - with achieving large attendance (150 people on side, 400 people online, and press coverage) and the involvement of researchers, hackers, civic society and policy-making actors. Video available www.p2pvalue.eu
Celebration of a research seminar (23 & 24 January). Release next week of version 0.1 of theoretical and empirical foundational and research framework of the project (WP 1): i) Criteria of delimitation and typification of common-based peer production
ii) Factors of productivity: On governance, legal, technical, sustainability and reward systems design iii) Dimensions of value Research design - Mix methods plan: Statistical analysis of 300 cases; 20 digital etnographies: 200 surveys to practitioners; techno-legal analysis of 4 case studies
Release alpha version of the directory of common based peer production: with design on the content, basic technical features and 200 cases identified. www.p2pvalue.eu/directory
Organization of a “CAPS socio-technical platforms building” workshop with other 5 CAPs projects developing technological platforms to identify common technological goals and synergy (Madrid, 10-11 December 2013). Advancing on programing architecture of www.kune.cc – current prototype for P2Pvalue platform.

Proposals for synergies between CAPS projects
Typification and delimitation of common-based peer production >>> Helpful to get oriented in the field
Directory of cases >>> Useful to identify cases by areas of activity and for networking
The results of our empirical research on the conditions that favor collaborative production could inform the design of other technological platforms
Adopting kune.cc platform based on decentralized infrastructure
Policy recommendations might apply to other projects www.p2pvalue.eu
