1. Log in Bills Portal website

2. Enter User ID (DDO code) and BEAMS Final password. { There are two users in BEAMS (Budget Estimation, Allocation & Monitoring System) Draft and Final. Password of BEAMS final user will be used for logging into Bill Portal. }

3. Click Submit

4. Select the Task (Create New Bill/Cudget Authorisation Slip)

Creating New Salary Bill

Prerequisite :

1. Salary are already prepared in CMIS 2. Slary are already locked from CMIS Portal as DDO user. 3. Fund avaible at BEAMS for the particular month

{ Please log in http://ifmsmanipur.nic.in and perform change cash flow to the particular month if fund is not avilable in the particular month }.

Steps:

1. Click Bill Entry from CMIS
