DELIVERY INSTALLATION AND TRAINING: Normally we can deliver a Bodor machine within 60 days from order acknowledgement. This includes international freight and transport to your facility. Prior to that our experienced staff would have advised the level of services required prior to the installation. This includes a stable foundation (normally concrete reinforced floor 150mm thick), clean and dry compressed air, adequate 3 phase power, cutting assist gases. And fume extraction exhaust removal or filtering requirements. Installation normally takes 5 days with training the following week for 3 to 5 days. The staff at Industrial Laser have between them installed hundreds of laser systems so you are in safe hands. AFTER SALES SUPPORT Industrial Laser and Bodor have you covered within Australia! Large stock levels are kept in Melbourne and we have 3 trained engineers supported by our own Bodor factory engineer. Customers can access engineers quickly via WeChat / Team Viewer and backed up via the full resources of the Bodor 27/7 service support line.

1. The cutting speed is dependent on the fiber optics, material quality, gases, optical lenses and cutting diagram etc. (the table

parameter use Carbon Steel Q235, Stainless Steel 201, Aluminium 5#, Brass H6.)

2. The yellow highlights are those that use Nitrogen to cut (Purity ≧ 99.9%), the blue are those that use Oxygen to cut (Purity ≧

99.9%)

3. The red highlights the maximum thickness of the material processed, when processing the maximum thickness of the material,

it shows low efficiency and cutting quality is also reduced, and can not be continously processed.

4. Cutting parameters need to be adjusted when cutting brass, aluminium etc. i.e. highly reflective materials, the maximum

thickness can not be processed continuously

5. Test environment is 10° C ~ 35° C, relative humidity below 35%; no large-scale electrical equipment around, no electromagnetic

interference; power quality: three-phase unbalance <2.5%, line voltage fluctuation <5%.
