a slice of onion 1 microscope slide 1 slide coverslip A drop of iodine Apron

PROCEDURES

Put on your apron Mount your onion slice on the slide using a

drop of iodine to hold the coverslip in place. Look at the onion under the microscope,

using the 4 power first, then the 10, then the 40.
