Parking Update: Please note that as we head into the remainder of the school year we are continuing to keep count of the number of parking spots utilized daily. We are committed to providing all eligible seniors parking and using any remaining spots for the junior lottery. We currently have 619 registered seniors and only 551 parking spots. Please be aware that at times the parking lot may appear to have availability due to students on late arrival schedules for various reasons (i.e. students attending multiple campuses, early release, etc.), however it is our goal to maximize the space available.

Friendly Reminder: Please reiterate to your student that per PVUSD policy, students are to wear their ID's on a lanyard around their neck at all times while on campus. Students will need to have their ID's for exams and to check out books, etc.

Morning Tardy Policy: The first 20 minutes of the day is considered the “Tardy Window.” During this time, a guardian must be present to sign the student into the Attendance Office in order for a Tardy to be “Excused.” After 20 minutes, it is documented as an Unexcused Absence.

Absence Policy: Please remember that when your student is absent, a phone call from a guardian is required by 3:00pm of that same day in order for the absence to be “Excused.” Students are permitted to miss 9 school days a semester. After 9 days, medical documentation may be requested.
