6 x 10” Comfort Gel Pack

The 6x10” Comfort Gel Pack is a good standard size hot/cold pack. It is big enough to use on some larger body parts but small enough to be used for centralized pain. It is a popular size for chiropractors, physical therapists, and orthopedic surgeons. You can sell the packs to your patients or simply give them one to take home for your recommended treatment regimen.


If you are looking for something a little smaller, the 6x7” Comfort Gel Pack is a good choice. It is a small convenient size good for icing or heating smaller, more isolated areas. They are commonly used by many dental fields as well as dermatologists and plastic surgeons. The 6x7” also serves as a great promotional size. On most people, it will cover the entirety of the low back. Like many of our other larger packs, it is popular in chiropractic and physical therapy offices. If you need something a little larger than the 6x10” but don’t quite need the 10x15”, the 9x12” works as a great medium. It can be used with smaller patients to ice larger areas such as the back or abdomen or it can work with larger patients to ice smaller areas such as shoulders or knees. It too is popular amongst chiropractors and physical therapists to relieve their patients’ everyday aches and pains.

If you’re looking for the largest gel pack you can find, the 7x25” will be a good fit for you. Because of its large size, it works well for a large variety of applications. It is long enough to wrap around a large part of your waist or lower back. It will also ice the length of your back if you suffer from spinal pain. This pack is a favorite among chiropractors and physical therapists because of its versatility.


If you don’t need something quite as large as the 7x25” but are looking to treat similar areas, you might want to consider the 5x18”. It too can be used to wrap around a waist, knee, or shoulder and is heavily used by chiropractors, physical therapists, orthopedic surgeons and oral surgeons. Another popular use for the 5x18” is to ice both sides of the jaw after having wisdom teeth extracted. It works well when used with our 18” extended strap sleeve.

We have a sleeve for virtually every pack that we make, many including Velcro straps to reduce the need of holding the Comfort Gel Pack in place. The soft fleece-like sleeve makes a great addition to any pack and adds comfort unequalled by any other ice pack. You can personalize them too.

The 7x25” can be used for low back pain, or along the length of your back for spinal pain; it is that big!

For neck or shoulder pain, the 5x18” is an excellent choice, especially with our sleeves; the Velcro strap ensures it stays in place.

4 x 4.5” Comfort Gel Pack

Our 4x4.5” is a good choice if you are looking for the most economical way to apply heat or cold to small areas. They are small, palm-sized packs with no pre-printed instructions, but can still be customized with your information. They are popular amongst dentists and dermatologists for in office use but also serve as a very affordable hand out if you have a booth at a seminar or conference.

Screen Printed Sleeves

4” Round Comfort Gel Pack

The 4” round pack is one of our most popular sizes. It’s a palm-sized pack that is convenient for icing any small area. With a cloth barrier sealed to one side, it eliminates the need to put a sleeve or towel between the pack and the skin. Although they were designed for post biopsy care, they have come to be used in many medical fields including dermatology and plastic surgery for post-filler treatments and with dentistry for tooth extractions.

A Cool Idea

If you get most of your business from referrals and are looking for more patients, Comfort Gel Packs may be the solution. 6” Round Comfort Gel Pack

Even with the popularity of the 4” round, there was still the need by our customers for something a little larger. Because of that demand, we recently introduced the 6” round pack to the market. It treats everything the 4” round does and more. It too comes with cloth on one side and is popular in dentistry, dermatology, and the plastic surgery fields. It is also useful while breastfeeding or after breast augmentation or reduction. Because of its size, we are also seeing it cross over into some areas where our larger packs are popular.

Multiple Gel Colors

We stock many of our sizes (including the 6” round packs) with pink and blue gel. We do however offer green, clear, pink and blue gel in any of our sizes. So, if we don’t stock a certain pack with a particular color, we will gladly make the bag-color combination you want. We simply ask that you give us an extra day or two for special orders.

The 6” round pack is ideal for icing knees, elbows or even shoulders.

Among other uses, the 4” round pack is good for post-cataract or laser eye surgery.

Face Mask

Designed specifically for dermatologists and plastic surgeons, the facial mask is one of the most unique gel packs on the market. It is designed to cool the full face after skin peels, laser treatments and microdermabrasion. It also works well to reduce pain and swelling associated with facial plastic surgery. In a growing trend among day and med-spas, the facial mask has been used to sooth clients while treatments are being given. Accurate Manufacturing was founded in 1997 by Douglas and Angela McCarthy. Like many small businesses, their beginnings were humble. For the first three years, Comfort Gel Packs were made and shipped from their home with an operating staff of three. We have now grown to a dedicated staff of over forty and are currently looking at expansion options to our facility built in 2008.
