T Titrate patients every 1 to 2 days,if necessary

lncrease the dose of OxyOontin@Tablets by 25Y" to 507o, if necessary(refer to the chart when titratingupward from 1Omg q12h).Do not increase the dosing frequency.

Manage exacerbations of pain withimmediate-release medication.

Elevate the dose of OxyContin@Tablets if more than 2 doses ofimmediate-release opioid medicationper day are required.
