I, the undersigned, being duly sworn, state that all facts contained in this Complaint and Affidavit, known by me or told to me by other reliable persons form the basis for mybelief that the defendant committed this crime

State all facts and persons relied upon supporting elements of alleged crime

On February 21, 2015 at approximately 2210hrs I Deputy Meyer was traveling east on Hwy 175 i observed a sliver Truck almost strike my vehicle. I turned around and followed the vehicle and observed the vehicle get off of Hwy 175 on to 370th Street, the vehicle went on to the shoulder and then over corrected and crossed the center line. I activated my emergency lights. I made contact with the driver identify the driver as Cherri Wright. Cherri preformed field sobriety test. Cherri did consent to a pbt and was over the legal limit of .08. Cherri was arrest and transported to the Sac County Jail. Cherri consented to a datamaster which was .158.
