As a member of the nationwide Manufacturing Extension Partnership Program, NEPIRC avails its clients to not only its own staff expertise, but the capabilities of over 1,600 associates across the United States and thousands of affiliated consulting resources. NEPIRC provides consultative services based upon value, expected client return-on-investment (ROI) and agreed-upon performance and results criteria. INDUSTRY FOCUS – NEPIRC focuses exclusively on the manufacturing industry. We monitor international, domestic and regional manufacturing trends, identify current and emerging manufacturer needs and develop results-oriented consultative services right-sized for northeastern Pennsylvania’s small- and mid-sized manufacturers. We scan the horizon to identify industry best-practices and routinely perform or contribute to industry-specific studies to validate our understanding of the business environment in which our clients operate and the ability of our services to help them strive in today’s highly-competitive manufacturing climate. NATIONWIDE RESOURCES – As one of 60 national Manufacturing Extension Partnership Program offices, NEPIRC makes large-firm consulting expertise available at a regional level. With access to over 1,600 associates nationwide, NEPIRC is capable of connecting clients with the expert assistance they need to achieve their strategic growth and profitability goals. NEPIRC also has affiliate relationships with regional consulting resources, universities and economic development organizations, which enable us to provide our clients with the comprehensive services they need in order to prosper and grow. VALUE-BASED CONSULTATIVE SERVICES – NEPIRC’s professionals work with prospective clients to identify and diagnose their business challenges, develop customized solutions and quantify anticipated engagement outcomes.
