• Three-year strategy (2010–2012) will be implemented through three annual work plans, 2010 WP is the first

• Heart of the agency work remains:• State-of-the-art review of the drug phenomenon• Maintaining online reference point on drugs• Providing ongoing support to for implementation and monitoring of the

EUAP• 2010 highlights:

• Ensuring data quality and joined analytical approaches• Increase transversal work (CUPs)• Establishment of EU guidelines framework and standards• Improve detection and exchange on emerging trends• Improve monitoring of drug supply and supply reduction activities• Methodological developments (KIs, pubic expenditures, monitoring

responses)• Dissemination and valorisation of EMCDDA products and findings
