• Troops are required to maintain accurate records of income and expenses
• Troops are required to submit an annual troop financial report by May 31st to the area service unit treasurer
• Complete the online financial report or http://www.girlscoutsdiamonds.org/en/for-volunteers/forms-and-documents.html?q=financial+
• 12 months of previous bank statements (May 1st of previous year through April 30th of current year)
• Receipts and other paperwork supporting expenditures
• Troop Sales summary from Nut-e and eBudde
• In case of a lost of missing receipt, please fill out a lost/missing receipt form. This is located on our website under forms.
