The State stands as an advocate and strategic partner for small minority and women

owned businesses, MSBDD seeks to enhance the economic development of the

State. It provides technical and financial assistance to those disadvantaged business enterprises to help them compete more successfully for federal, state, and local

government contracts as well as available commercial contracts.
