owned businesses, MSBDD seeks to enhance the economic development of the
State. It provides technical and financial assistance to those disadvantaged business enterprises to help them compete more successfully for federal, state, and local
government contracts as well as available commercial contracts.

The Project consists of constructing Project or Item Description.The Issuing Office for the Bidding Documents is: *Insert company or soliciting agencies name. For any questions concerning this posting please contact, *Enter Name and contact options*. Prospective Bidders may examine the Bidding Documents at the Issuing Office on Mondays through Fridays during regular business hours, and may obtain copies of the Bidding Documents from the Issuing Office as described below.Printed copies of the Bidding Documents may be obtained from the Issuing Office, during the hours indicated above, upon payment of a non-refundable deposit of *enter a fee if there is one* for each set.
