H 45/IC 328 TiCN-TiN (PVD) coated carbide grade for austenitic and martensitic corrosion-resistant steel, carbon steel, alloyed steel, tool steel, grey cast iron,ball graphite cast iron chilled cast iron, titanium, titanium-based alloys, high heat-resistant alloys (Inconel), cast steel. Very resistant againstmaterial cracking.
IC 635 TiC-TiN (PVD) coated carbide grade for carbon steel, alloyed steel, tool steel and austenitic and martensitic corrosion-resistant steel.
Uncoated Carbide Grades:H 12 Universal cutting grade for roughing and finishing milling of unalloyed and alloyed steel and cast steel, stainless, acid-resistant and heat-resistant

Inserted-Tooth Metal Circular Saw Blade
TypeRiveted toothed quadrants. Bearer blade made ofalloyed tool steel, hardened, strength approx.1300N/mm2. Tooth shape C: The heavy-duty teeth with roughingand finishing teeth (HZ) and the coolant channelsground into the toothed quadrants allow for optimumchipping. The saw disc is thinner than the cuttingwidth of the toothed quadrants, therefore preventingthe saw blade from seizing.Qualitytoothed quadrants HSS (DMO 5).
