We need funds; $350,000 projected for the total project start-up into a regional store with $65,000 needed fairly immediately for initial

franchise founding and the physical stand-store. Therefore with over-runs and the rule-of-thumb to raise more than you need, we probably

should raise $500,000!

We will do this via several methods:

Crowd funding - allows contributions anonymously up to $2,000 for those who wish to remain private and neither does it have to be paid back;

Debt notes convertible to stock or simple interest payback;

Joint Ventures as have with several of our product vendor partners;

Barter and Consultative services.

An immediate go-to-cash ROI after month 3 of store operations is projected. A 25% return thereafter is expected based on inside information from existing, well-functioning medical cannabis access

points. Wholesaling of product to other quality, existing medical cannabis access points is currently taking place. There is considerable cash flow to be made here from scaling to those stores as well as

when the franchises grow, products will be sold in further volume through multiple Mary Jane's World stores.
