PURPOSE / DESCRIPTIONThe electrical Logging & Transport Long-Line stands for highest performance.It is proved in 2’000 h of transport without maintenance required! Its excellentaerodynamic characteristics avoid tail rotor contact in fast flights. Apartfrom lifting purposes, it also acts as protection for ground personnel fromdown wash and provides the necessary distance from obstacles. We recommend to add the Damper (VM-DP_14) between the Helicopterand the rope for shock absorbing reasons. The rope end is attached to theCone Type 1200.In order to release a secondary cargo hook, a transmission cable (Helicopterside) for the electric impulse is needed (usually < 16 Amps /< 28 V).
