EIGERFLEX® Cold water pipeFlexible, pre-insulated cold water pipe
with integrated frost protection strip, up
to 30 °C, PN 10, DN 20–100. Carrier pipe
PE, insulation: PUR-foam. Applications:
Cold and sewage piping, there where a
laying in a frost protected depth is not
possible.
EIGERFLEX®
Conduite d’ eau froideConduite flexible d’eau froide pré-isolé,
avec ruban chauffant intégré, jusqu’ à
30 °C, PN 10, DN 20–100. Tube médian
PE, isolation: mousse PUR. Domaine
d’utilisation: Conduites d’eau froide et
d’eaux usées, qui ne peuvent pas être
enterrées hors gel.

netze, Trink-, Abwasser- und Kälteleitung,

Low-temperature pipeFlexible, self-compensating pipe system,
to 95 °C, PN 6/10, DN 20–100. Carrier
pipe cross-linked polyethylene (PE-X). Heat
insulation PUR. Applications: local heating
systems, drinking water, sewage and re-
frigerating pipes, industrial and swimming
pool engineering.
Conduite à basse tempéra-tureConduite flexible et à compensation
automatique, jusqu’à 95 °C, PN 6/10,
DN 20–100. Tube médian en polyéthylène
réticulé (PE-R), isolation thermique PUR.

Tubazione per basse tempe-ratureTubazione preisolata flessibile e auto-
compensante PN 6/10, DN 25–100 per
temperature fino a 95 °C. Tubo di servizio
in polietilene reticolato PE-Xa con isola-
mento in PUR. Campi di impiego: piccole
medie reti di teleriscaldamento e acqua
potabile, impianti civili e industriali
(acqua refrigerata, piscine ecc.).

Flexibles, doppelwandiges und selbstkom-
pensierendes Rohrsystem, –169° bis +150 °C,
PN 16/25, DN 25–150. Mediumrohr Edel-
stahl, Wärmedämmung PUR. Einsatzgebiet:
Wärmeisolierter Transport von Flüssigkeiten,
Fernwärme, Kälte, Brauchwasser, Kondensat;
schwierige Trassen, Spülbohrverfahren.
District-heating cableFlexible, self-compensating district-heating
pipe with leak detection, –169 ° to +150 °C,
PN 16/25, DN 25–150. Carrier pipe stainless
steel. Heat insulation PUR. Applications:
Pre-insulated transport of fluids, district
heating, cooling, service water, condensate,
difficult lines, flush boring.
Conduite pour le chauffage àdistanceConduite de chaleur à distance flexible et à

inox e isolamento in PUR con cavetti monito-
raggio rete. Campi di impiego: Transporto di
liquidi nelle tubazioni preisolate, teleriscalda-
mento, climatizzazione, trasporto di acqua
potabile e condensa, tragitti difficoltosi e per-
forazione orizzontale teleguidata.

Hausanschluss-LeitungFlexibles, selbstkompensierendes und
überwachbares Rohrsystem, bis 130/
180 °C, PN 16/25, DN 20–50. Medium-
rohr Edelstahl, Wärmedämmung PUR.
Einsatzgebiet: Hausanschlüsse in Fern-
und Nahwärmenetzen, wärmeisolierter
Transport von Flüssigkeiten.
Domestic-connection pipeFlexible, self-compensating pipe system
with leak detection, to 130/180 °C,
PN 16/25, DN 20–50. Carrier pipe stain-
less steel. Heat insulation PUR. Applica-
tions: domestic connections in district
and local heating systems, pre-insulated
transport of fluids.
Conduite pour raccorde-ment privéConduite flexible, à compensation auto-
matique et contrôlable, jusqu’à 130/
180 °C, PN 16/25, DN 20–50. Tube mé-
dian en acier inox, isolation thermique
PUR. Domaines d’utilisation: raccorde-
ment privé dans les réseaux de chauffage
à longues et à courtes distances et trans-
port de fluides dans des tubes pré-isolés.
Tubazione per utenze civiliTubazione preisolata flessibile e auto-
compensante PN 16/25, DN 25–50 per
temperature fino a 130/180 °C. Tubo di
servizio in acciaio inox e isolamento in
PUR con cavetti monitoraggio rete. Campi
di impiego: allacciamenti delle utenze
civili alla rete prinicipale di teleriscalda-
mento e transporto di liquidi nelle tuba-
zioni preisolate.

spiralgefalzter Blechmantel, bis 140 °C,
PN 25, DN 20–200. Mediumrohr variabel,
Wärmedämmung PUR, schwerbrennbar,
Einsatzgebiet: Wärmeisolierter Transport
von Flüssigkeiten als Freileitung oder im
Gebäude.
Folded spiral-seam pipeRigid pipe system, spiral-seam metal
cladding, to 140 °C, PN 25, DN 20–200.
Carrier pipe variable. Heat insulation
expanded PUR, not readily flammable.
Applications: Pre-insulated transport of
fluids, in- and outdoors.
Tube à agrafage enrouléSystème de tubes rigides, manteau en tôle
à agrafage spiralé, jusqu’à 140 °C, PN 25,
DN 20–200. Tube médian variable, iso-
lation thermique en mousse rigide PUR,
difficilement inflammable. Domaines
d’utilisation: Transport de fluides dans des
tubes pré-isolés, en tant que conduite
aérienne ou dans les bâtiments.
Tubazioni di acciaio conlamierino esternoTubazioni in barre preisolate con mantello
in lamierino zincato a spirale. PN 25,
DN 20–200 per temperature fino a 140 °C.
Tubo di servizio variabile con isolamento
in PUR difficilmente infiammabile. Campi
di impiego: Transporto di liquidi nelle

edifici.

DN 20–1000. Mediumrohr Stahl, Wärme-
dämmung Mineralwolle. Einsatzgebiet:
Heisswasser-Dampfleitungen, in Fern- und
Prozesswärmeanlagen.
Steel-clad pipeRigid, high-temp. pipe system, steel
outside cladding, to 400 °C, PN 64,
DN 20–1000. Carrier pipe steel. Heat insu-
lation mineral wool. Applications: hot-
water steam pipes, district heating and
process heat systems.
Tube à manteau en acierSystème de tubes rigides à haute
température, manteau extérieur en acier,

laine minérale. Domaines d’utilisation:

DN 20–1000. Carrier pipe variable. Heat
insulation PUR. Applications: main and
distributing pipes in district, local heating
systems and pre-insulated transport of
fluids.
