development of individual leaders, teams, communities, and organizations of all scopes. Submissions are designed to serve the needs of leadership development for professionals, scholars, organizations and the community. The leadership development track focuses on new approaches, trends in leadership development design and emerging leadership development design that provide insight into challenges facing leaders, scholars and leadership development professionals globally. Additionally, researchers, practitioners and scholars are encouraged to propose sessions that address leadership development theories and models that will further the research and advancement of leadership development.
