BODA CNC single side driven flame cutting machine

Users can select the units which has several functions, such as automatic ignition, automatic perforation, automatic cutting, powder spraying lineation, cutting back, dynamic graphic tracking shows and so on. It realizes the whole cutting process automatic control. For example, three-cutting torch can cut many types of grooves.

In order to guarantee connection rigidity and upright between the beam and longitudinal driving frame, the reverse of beam is equipped with one angle brace board, meanwhile the construction of initiative longitudinal driving frame also has been strengthened correspondingly. It guarantees the running stableness of the machine. Other constructions are similar to the double sides drive machine.

Width of crossbeam ≤4m, user can adopted single side driven, used for carbon steel’s regular cutting, cutting thickness:6-200mm

BODA Series portal frame CNC flame precise rack cutting machine

BODA portal frame CNC flame precise rack cutting machine is specially designed for processing large racks, once running of the machine can cut several pcs high-precision racks, and it can once achieve the finished product cutting without any extra processing. The machine can replace the same product imported, and also it saves big amount foreign exchange for China's sea oil drilling platform leg project. This machine fills domestic gap and it's the first field profession equipment in China. Mechanical processing of the machine adopts large CNC processing center precise processing, its transmission parts adopt Germany import beeline rail and 6 level high precision gear and rack, which ensures machine runs in high precision. Control part of the machine adopts combination both import customized CNC and our own multi-axis control system. Each moving unit equips with imported AC. servo driving system and it realizes multi-axis linkage controlling. Used for cutting carbon steel, aluminum alloy, stainless steel and other nonferrous metal, regular cutting thickness: 1-60mm, it can be divided into single side driven and double sides driven according to width of crossbeam and different requirements of cutting accuracy.

BODA CNC Precision (Laser class) plasma cutting machine

Based on the high-precision NC machine coupled with the world’s most advanced technologies (laser class plasma power), they not only have ordinary NC plasma cutting machines’ characteristics, but also have:

Incision quality achieves the minimum quality of laser incision; slotted width is about 1/2 of ordinary plasma; cutting dimensional accuracy is about twice as ordinary plasma; cutting speed is higher than laser, especially medium and thick plate; investment in equipment and operation cost is only about 1/4-1/10 of laser cutting machines.

NC table style cutting machine is a high speed, high accuracy flame/plasma cutting machine which features compact modular construction for easy and fast installation and initial operation. It is a higher class cutting machine which can be used for any plane graphics cutting.

BODA CNC Platen type high-speed plasma cutting machine (Table style)

Mainly used for sheet metal cutting (thickness 0.3mm-2mm), it can achieve the high speed and high accuracy cutting. Under some certain condition (when there’s no right-angle or acute angle on cutting work-piece), it can replace laser cutting machine, yet the investment cost will be only 1/8 to 1/10 of laser cutting machine, it’s quite popular during customers.

When the machine cuts plate, the distance between cutting torch and steel plate keeps fixed as platen covers surface of steel plate which is greatly improved the cutting quality.
