PRESENTATION

HISTORY

• Date of creation: 1976.• Size : Industrial site covering 24,000 m²• Production capacity : 10,000 metric tons /year.

• Activities : research, development and manufacturing of soldering, brazing andwelding fluxes.

STTS is well known for the quality of its soldering, brazing and welding products.With its own technical department, speciali-zed in brazing, soldering and welding STTShas the expertise and experience to developcustomized processes, according to custo-mers technical, environmental and budgetaryrequirements.

1976 : when initially established, STTS’s business purpose was to design, manufac-ture and retail surface-treatment products. STTS sets up in Fleury in the Oise region(about 45 km northwest of Paris) with newbuildings, and an extension of the industrialfacilities.

1981 : STTS starts exporting and quality accreditation procedures are launched.

1985 : thanks to an innovative R&D depart-ment, the brazing and soldering fluxes rangeis expanded to include new products, withtop-notch technical and - most importantly -environmental levels of performance.

1994 : STTS obtains ISO 9002, Valeo 1000A89 accreditations, silver medal winner atthe Geneva Inventions Trade Fair, and the Batelle Environmental Protection Prize.

1999 : major infrastructure works on an industrial site of 24,000m², with 11,000m² covered.Creation of the S.F.F. holding, to manage thevarious activities of the family group.

2004 : STTS obtains the ISO 9001, 2000 version accreditation.

2008 : complete renovation of the industrialsite: ground holding tanks, insulation of buildings, renovation of cladding and utilitysources, etc. STTS focuses on a reduced number of activities. New design of the company logo. STTS obtains the EN 14001 environmentalcertification.

2012 : STTS modernizes its production andpackaging equipment.
