A frequent speaker at internal audit conferences, Ann has worked with audit
departments of all sizes to provide auditors with the tools and techniques needed
to improve risk management practices within their organizations. She is a member
of the IIA, the American Society for Training and Development, the Association of
Government Accountants, and the National Association of Corporate Directors.
AMANDA WICK Trial Attorney, US Department of Justice
Currently serving as a Trial Attorney for the Money Laundering & Asset Recovery
Section of the Department of Justice (MLARS, formerly known as AFMLS),
Amanda Wick prosecutes cases around the country involving trade-based and
other sophisticated money laundering, asset forfeiture, and complex financial
investigations. Amanda also works with the MLARS Training unit on creating and
presenting trainings on asset forfeiture, money laundering schemes, and how to
conduct financial investigations in conjunction with criminal cases. Previously she
served in three U.S. Attorney's Offices as an Assistant U.S. Attorney, Asset
Forfeiture Coordinator, and BSA/AML Program Coordinator.
Ms. Wick has eleven years of diverse law practice includes federal prosecution
specializing in asset forfeiture and money laundering, BSA/AML issues and complex
white collar crime, and private practice work that involved counseling clients on
regulatory compliance, internal investigations, and white collar criminal defense.
TODD NEWTON
Emmy Award Winning Entertainer and Speaker
Daytime Emmy Award winning TV personality Todd Newton is often referred to by
industry insiders as "The Host with the Most", Newton's amiable persona on
E! Entertainment Television brought viewers in more than thirty countries face to face
with Hollywood's elite for over a decade. Todd entered the world of game shows in
1999 on GSN's Hollywood Showdown. Since that time, he has awarded contestants
over thirty million dollars in cash and prizes on Whammy, Instant Millionaire, Made
in the USA, Monopoly Millionaire's Club and Family Game Night. Todd also serves as
host of The Price Is Right Live!-a live stage version of the iconic game show classic
currently touring the US. When not working in front of the camera, Todd speaks to
corporations, universities, and organizations on personal achievement and success
with his entertaining and inspiring presentations.

MICHAEL FRYZEL Former Chairman, NCUA
Michael E. Fryzel was appointed by President George W. Bush to a seat on the NCUA
Board on November 30, 2007. He was confirmed by the U.S. Senate on June 26,
2008, and took the oath of office as NCUA Chairman on July 29, 2008. Fryzel
served as NCUA Chairman for just over a year before assuming his seat as one of
three voting members on the NCUA Board. While on the NCUA board he served as
the agency liaison to the National Association of State Credit Union Supervisors
(NASCUS),
Previously he served as Director of the Department of Financial Institutions (DFI),
where he transformed 3 of 4 Illinois divisions into models of operational excellence
and integrity-driven performance. Mr. Fryzel figured prominently in reforming crucial
laws on Illinois Governor’s Task Force on Financial Services & Governor’s Financial
Institution Transition Team.
IAN LAMPL
Prior to launching LoanStreet, Ian served as Deputy Chief Counsel for the Office of
Financial Stability which implemented the Troubled Asset Relief Program – TARP –
for the United States Department of the Treasury. While at Treasury, Ian developed
and managed a number of the Treasury programs to stem the financial crisis and
received the Treasury Secretary's honor award for his exemplary public service.
Before joining Treasury, Ian was an associate at Cravath, Swaine & Moore LLP
where he focused on commercial lending and securities offerings. He graduated
with honors from the University of Chicago Law School where he was a published
member of the University of Chicago Law Review and graduated with honors from
Princeton University with a B.S.E. in Electrical Engineering.
