Mr. Kaneshige oversees the acquisition,development, management anddisposition of the real estate assets for theOutrigger group of companies as well as theacquisition of new hotel and condominiummanagement contracts.

Prior to joining Outrigger, Mr. Kaneshige was a partner in the Honolulu law rmof Chun, Kerr, Dodd & Kaneshige,concentrating in real estate development,acquisition, nancing, management anddisposition.

Mr. Kaneshige is currently Vice Chairmanand past Chairman of the WaikikiImprovement Association; Director andpast Chairman of the Hawaii DistrictCouncil of the Urban Land Institute; amember of Lambda Alpha International,a land economics society; a director of theGirl Scouts of Hawaii; and member and pastPresident of the Rotary Club of Honolulu.He is also a member of the American andHawaii State Bar Associations and the American Planning Association.

Mr. Kaneshige was born and raised inHawaii and holds a bachelors degree cumlaude from Harvard University and a law degree and masters degree in city planning from the University of Pennsylvania.

Mr. Carey is President and Chief ExecutiveO cer of Outrigger Enterprises Group.
