Outreach Task Force

• Thirty-One (31) Members

1. Representatives from each school in the District- active School Site Council or Home & School Club Members

2. Representatives of the three employee bargaining units

3. Lead Principal/designee from each of the three Learning Communities

4. District staff and consultants to provide facilitation and resource support for the Task Force

Outreach Task Force Process

• Review comprehensive enrollment and facility data

• Determine the need for boundary re-designation due to New Housing and TWBI

• Develop evaluation criteria

• Evaluate the schools under consideration

• Identify positive and negative variables for each school consideration for potential TWBI location

• Provide recommendations on the transition process

• Submit report to the Superintendent
