EXECUTIVE PROGRAMMES
Our executive programme is suitable for senior management and is individually
tailored to meet the specific needs of each company and each executive. This
programme follows a similar format as outlined in the group programme but
involves a greater number of contact hours in addition to research and more
extensive support services. Our flexible, customised approach enables us to
provide personal coaching and mentoring, strategic networking and a variety of
support services to facilitate the executives transition to a new position or

GROUP OUTPLACEMENT PROGRAMME
Our group programmes are delivered in an intensive two day format. The group
programme focuses on the practical support needed for those entering the job
market and covers the following topics:

CV preparation
Interview Skills
Job Search Techniques
Development of a self marketing plan
The Group programme also provides for a one to one consultation with all
participants and also provides individual support for six months to the candidate.
INDIVIDUAL PROGRAMMES
Our individual programme is similar in content to our group programme but is
individually tailored and provided over a pre-agreed number of one-to-one
consultations followed by ongoing support for six months. This program enables
individuals to deal with their concerns and helps them to create a positive mindset.
We also provide an option of psychometric assessment which can help identify
‘best-fit’ roles to establish personal preferences and life goals. This programme is
particularly effective at developing self confidence and self esteem by shifting atti-
tudes, perceptions and behaviours.
