Speech-Language Pathology

We evaluate and treat swallowing, speech, voice, fluency, cognitive and language disorders. Our outpatient speech pathologists work with clients across the lifespan. Speech-Language Pathology may greatly improve an individual’s quality of life by providing tools and training for communication, and by ensuring the ability to safely eat and drink — in an effort to prevent life threatening aspiration pneumonia.

In order to better help patients with Parkinson’s disease, our licensed clinicians are Lee Silverman Voice Treatment (LSVT) certified.

Our team also performs outpatient Video Swallow Function Studies under Fluoroscopy and Fiberoptic Endoscopic Evaluation of Swallowing (FEES). We are currently the only providers of these specialized evaluations in Sullivan County.
