Check Autodiscover record for each domain

1) Sign in at your DNS hosting provider’s website.

2) For every Office 365 domain, find the CNAME records.

3) Now, ensure that every domain used for email has a CNAME Autodiscover record. Each record should have this value : “autodiscover.outlook.com”

Adding and updating Autodiscover records

1) These steps can be followed for each Microsoft Office 365 domain used for e-mail.

2) If the domain does not include an Autodiscover record:, then add a CNAME record with the given value- autodiscover.outlook.com

3) If the domain name includes an Autodiscover record with a different, then update it with the given value- ‘autodiscover.outlook.com’, update it.
