Block F,G,H,I & J • Commenced and in progress marram back filling works for Block I.• Necessary checks for the steel works for Blocks F + J were concluded last

week. Casting ground beams soon. • Completed 90% of the steel fixing for the ground beams for Block G. Awaiting

for the side shutters for these beams. • Commenced and in progress with the bituminous painting works on the plinth

walls of Block H in 2 coats. Marram filling to commence this week.

Block F,G,H,I & J • Complete backfilling in layers + necessary CBR testing + hardcore packing • Must cast the Ground Beams for block H without fail • Complete bituminous plinth wall panting and start marram back filling • Complete the GB steel fixing + fix side shutters + cast the Ground Beams • Must cast the Ground Beams for this block without fail

Bella Vista Showhouse

• The Bella Vista showhouses are also under construction

and are scheduled for completion by end of November 2019.

• These will showcase the layout of the 1 bedroom apartments,

2 bedroom apartments and the 3 bedroom apartments
