DAVID J. WILSON, JD, LL.M., is a member of the elder law group at ahrens deangeli law group. His practice at ahrens deangeli centers on estate planning, asset protection and helping seniors plan for long-term care costs. mr. Wilson graduated cum laude from arizona State University College of law and completed a master of laws degree in taxation at New York University School of law. He clerked for the Honorable daniel Barker of the arizona Court of appeals and practiced for several years with an arizona estate planning firm before joining ahrens deangeli. He is a member of the arizona and Idaho Bar associations, the Southwest Idaho Planned giving Council and the Trust and estate Planners of Idaho (TePI). He also serves on the policy committee of the Idaho Quality of life Coalition.

CHARLENE K. QUADE is an attorney in Boise, Idaho, who has over 35 years of personal and professional experience in the area of helping persons with disabilities and their families. In 2006, she established C.K. Quade law, PllC, which provides full spectrum estate Planning with an emphasis in guardianship, Conservatorship, elder law, Social Security disability, Special education law, Special Needs Trusts, Supplemental Needs Trusts, and affirmative life Planning.

a founding board member, she continues as a member of the Idaho guardianship and Fiduciary association, and is a member of Idaho Families of adults with disabilities. She serves as a board member of adaptive Wilderness Sports of mcCall (aWeSOme!), and of the Trust estate Professionals of Idaho. She served as chair of the Interagency early Childhood Intervention Committee (mankato, mN), co-chair of the Parent Special education advisory Council (Wayzata, mN), and regional director (mN, WI, Nd, Sd) for the Williams Syndrome association of detroit, mI. a lifelong advocate for and mother of an adult with Williams Syndrome, Charlene holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Social Work and has authored numerous articles on childhood disability issues and delivered lectures all over the state regarding estate planning and disability matters. ms. Quade is a member of the Washington State Bar and the Idaho State Bar Taxation, Probate and Trust law Section.

SUNRISE AYERS, JD, is an attorney at Idaho legal aid Services, Inc., in the Boise Service Office, where she works with clients in the areas of wills, trusts, powers of attorney and guardianships; medicaid eligibility; and fair housing issues such as evictions and foreclosure prevention. She has staffed the Senior legal Hotline and served as project manager for an identity theft victim services grant and two Fair Housing outreach and education grants. ms. ayers joined Idaho legal aid in 2006, upon graduating cum laude from Northwestern School of law of lewis and Clark College.
