from bruising and major injury. They have special gloves to help them pat the

ball away and to keep their hands from getting bruised and battered

They use cleats like land shark to give them better traction on the ground .

that commits one of the ten offenses for which a direct free kick is awarded, inside its own penalty area and while the ball is in play.

A goal may be scored directly from a penalty kick.

bit there is no offside and if the ball bounce off the wall the game continues and indoor soccer is a more fast pace game than association football because of the rule changes
