Boasting an all aluminium corrosion resistant framework, that can befinished to any colour, the Outdoor Living PodTM construction is highlydurable, easy to maintain and able to withstand the harshest ofweather conditions.

The sleek extruded aluminium roof louvers effortlessly rotatethrough 150 degrees, stopping at your desired position to provideprecise sun control along with ventilation from heat build up beneath.

When closed, the roof louvers lock securely together and are 100%water, wind and snow tight.

Optional mesh screens in an array of colours to the sides of our Outdoor Living PodTM, integrated in the cross beams of the Deluxemodel, deploy to provide shade from low level sunlight whilst alsoproviding protection from breezes & showers along with giving addedprivacy.

Just like the Classic and Deluxe Outdoor Living PodTM, the Prestigemodel boasts a durable all aluminium construction, available in anendless array of colours. Integrated base plates contained in themain post uprights provide an invisible attachment to the ground,whilst a built in guttering system ensures effective water drainagefrom the roof when closed, via the nominated post uprights.

This innovative terrace covering features a streamline aluminiumframework that is able to span upto 6m in width and 4.5m in depth, covering the largest of terraces.

The premium water repellent acrylic fabric roof, which is contained inside a slim cassette headbox hiding it out of sight when not in usealong with protecting it from inclement weather conditions, glides effortlessly at the touch of a button down the guides stopping at yourdesired position. The fabric is kept taut and secure thanks to a combination of a hi-tensile belt system and zip locking technologycontained in the guides.

Water runs off the fabric* into the leadrail and evacuates discreetlyout the bottom of the posts. Optional supporting beams (one included as standard) that span between the guides provide additional wind resistance and rigidity in exposed locations whilstalso facilitating optional LED lighting strips to illuminate the terrace atnight. Infra-red heaters can also be added to provide instant warmthwhen the temperature drops.

The entire solution, including all options are conveniently operatedfrom a radio controlled handset for ease and comfort.

The Cuba & Bahamas model patio awnings are the créme de lacréme of the Caribbean awnings range. Their unique design and slimmeasurements make them suitable for virtually every application,making them the universal choice.

Both awnings are built round a substantial extruded aluminiumbackplate which offers for multiple brackets and fixing points to bepositioned across the width ensuring a sound installation to anystructure, along with allowing the awnings to span large widths upto7m in a single unit or 14m as a coupled unit (Cuba model only).

Powerful twin spring loaded folding arms tensioned via quadruplehi-tensile tear resistant stainless steel sheathed cables ensureoptimum fabric tension at every position, able to withstandwindspeeds upto Beaufort 6* and project upto 3.75m out.

The full cassette casings with rounded edges on the Bahamasawning for the classic, elegant look or squared edges on the Cubaawning providing a contemporary, modern look, protect the fabricand operating mechanism from inclement weather when retractedaway along with providing a neat hideaway for the awning.

Operation is effortless thanks to the built in tubular motor containedinside the cassette casing, operated from a remote control or wirefreewall switch. Optional sensors including a wind vibration sensormounted to the awning leadrail retracts the awning if strong windspose a danger, whilst a solar powered light sensor automatically extends the awning when set light levels are reached.

Choose from an endless array of premium solution dyed acrylicfabrics each treated with an invisible nano technology coating thatgenerates a self clean effect.

The streamline cylindrical shape of the Tortola and Anguilla modelawnings make them ideal where mounting space is limited such asbungalows and single storey extensions.

Both awnings are built round heavy duty extruded aluminium blocksto each end, which can be either face fixed to the façade or top fixedto an overhang such as a soffit. A fully adjustable pitch from as littleas 0 degrees upto a maximum of 45 degrees ensures the optimumangle can be achieved.

Twin cable, twin spring tensioned folding arms ensure the fabric iskept taut at every position, whilst the cassette casing neatly hides theawning away when retracted and protects the mechanism and fabricfrom inclement weather.

The only difference in design is the fabric barrel on the Anguillaawning is visible when the awning is open, whereas on the Tortolaawning it is discreetly hidden behind an aluminium cover profile.

Manual operation through a gear box and detachable crank handle isstandard on the awnings, whilst optional motorised operation througha built in tubular motor functioned from a remote control or wirefreewall switch enables effortless control.

A large selection of plain, block and striped fabrics, woven usingpremium quality solution dyed acrylic yarns are available, all featuringan easy clean coating and offering exceptional colour luminosity.

Mounted to the top of glazed roofs including conservatories and rooflights theCayman external blind is the natural air conditioning solution that prevents spacesfrom overheating, along with eradicating glare and providing privacy.

Tensioned via tear resistant dyneema cables that run within the sidechannels that link to a heavy duty double coiled spring in the leadrail, ataut fabric is guaranteed at every position and allows the blind to beused on any slope roof and in any direction.

The side channels, which attach throughheight adjustable brackets to the outer glazing bar/frame and support the cassette headbox which contains the fabric and operating mechanism, guide the leadrail ensuring the blind opens and closes smoothly and runs perfectly square.
