Harmonised tariff item (AHECC) 8 digit code for each commodity being exported (if known).

Value of each item/unit. This field must not contain zero values. Although the goods may have no commercial value (NCV), a value for customs purposes only must be stated.

Total FOB (Free on Board) value for each line. This amount should include all costs to the vessel/aircraft excluding international freight and insurance.

Value of Freight and Insurance (if known).

Total value of all commodities being shipped, together with the currency quoted. Must not equal zero.

Full description of the goods, including numbers/markings etc. For example, serial numbers on

machines. If sending a video tape, please state the title, contents and purpose.
