Your Chamber Member Benefit

Introducing The Buckeye Valley

Chamber of Commerce Dental Insurance Program

Your family’s dental health is important to your Buckeye Valley Chamber of Commerce (BVCC), because

quality dental care can improve your overall health and wellness. For instance, regular dental care can

prevent gingivitis (gum disease) which is linked to heart disease and diabetes.

As a result, the Buckeye Valley Chamber is offering its members a dental insurance program with three

plans. You decide which plan fits your budget and healthy lifestyle!

The Copay Plan

100% coverage after copays No annual maximum No in-network waiting periods Extensive dentist network Best used in in-network

The PPO Plan 1 100% coverage for cleanings, exams and x-rays High annual maximum Low in-network out-of-pocket costs

The PPO Plan 2

100% coverage for cleanings, exams and x-rays Freedom to see any dentist High annual maximum

More Standard Highlights National dentist network Easy online enrollment White fillings covered on all teeth

4 cleanings covered with periodontal surgery All plans cover adult and child orthodontia.
