OLIVER MORGAN-TOWNLEYSENIOR LETTINGS NEGOTIATOR
I’ve worked at Camerons Stiff since the age of
18, and I started in the sales department. Having
gained valuable experience I subsequently
moved into the lettings office where I have spent
the last six years building a strong rapport with
tenants, landlords and business owners.
I have lived in the area all my life and attended
schools nearby in Hampstead and Regent’s Park.
The demographics has changed considerably
here since I started at Camerons Stiff, as a result
of the overspill from areas such as Hampstead,
Maida Vale and St John’s Wood.
Due to many professionals now living in Willesden
Green, the High Street is now filled by quaint
delicatessens, cafes and gastro pubs with many
new businesses opening in the area. The lettings
market will always be difficult to anticipate, but
as Willesden Green develops Camerons Stiff will
continue to thrive and as an agency we will
adapt and sustain a high quality and honest
service to our clients.

DAVIDSON SHILLINGFORD SENIOR LETTINGS NEGOTIATOR
With an extensive history across the sales industry,
I took the plunge into the property market over
seven years ago, and have not looked back.
I have specialised in the north and north-west
London areas and pride myself on my
experience and good, honest advice. Meeting
client expectations and retaining clients because
you have impressed them with your level of
service is my passion, alongside helping tenants
find their perfect property. Camerons Stiff’s
culture and philosophy is why I enjoy being part
of the company, it’s a family within a company.
Willesden Green and the surrounding areas have
increased in popularity, with landlords seeing a
good return on their investments, whilst tenants
benefit from a variety of properties, great
transport links and a multi-cultural environment.
I’m loving the fast paced, competitive atmosphere
in the area and I look forward to the challenge
and welcoming new landlords and applicants to
our prominent office at Willesden Green Station.

PHILIP JOHALLETTINGS AND MANAGEMENT MANAGER
Working in property for over a decade, I have
experience in sales and property management
as well as investments and lettings, which has
given me a solid understanding of what
landlords and investors are looking for.
Our clients have different requirements, so it’s
imperative we can relate to them on a
professional and personal level. It’s one of the
reasons why I’m really happy at Camerons Stiff.
Our ethos is to offer a personable yet professional
approach and we are proud to have done so
successfully for over 30 years.
Willesden Green is incredibly diverse. Spectacular
properties and an ever-changing demographic
make it an exciting place to work. NW2, NW6
and NW10 have changed vastly over the last
few years. Still retaining the charm and character
of the Edwardian period tree-lined streets, quaint
railway cottages, but also with exciting new
developments, many of which that Camerons
Stiff are heavily involved in.
