Size 14 units ranging in size from 4,800 sq ft to 28,650 sq ft.
Activity Knight Frank have successfully let 4 of these modern units within the last 18 months to Matthew Clark Ltd and Glacier Energy Services. We have also procured an extension of the office space for an existing tenant, Maquet Ltd, which resulted in them extending their lease by 10 years.

Activity Due to the diverse ages of buildings on the estate we have advised on letting policy, demolition and future redevelopment. Recent lettings have included trade occupiers such as The Electric Centre, Yesss Electrical and Solaglas.

Activity New speculative development of multi-unit scheme. Phase 1 totalled 75,000 sq ft in 12 units. All units let by practical completion in April 2014. Phase 2 totalled 50,000 sq ft in 8 units. All let prior to practical completion in December 2014.

Size 32 units ranging in size from 5,000 sq ft to 80,000 sq ft in total.
Activity During the last 12 months Knight Frank have transacted a total of 96,000 sq ft across the estate. This followed a programme of investments from the Landlord in refurbishment of a number of vacant units. This leaves just 2 small units vacant.

Activity Manorside Industrial Estate is one of the premier estates in Redditch of circa 200,000 sq ft. Shortly after being instructed Knight Frank let two refurbished units totalling 30,000 sq ft. As a result of this success, the landlord has refurbished four other units on the estate all of which have attracted strong interest of circa 40,000 sq ft.

Activity Regent Trade Park is a high profile, prominent development fronting the busy Ocean Way. The Estate is located approximately one mile to the south east of the City Centre. Occupiers include Toolstation, Greggs, Euro Car Parts and Grahams. Unit 6 (4,950 sq ft) has recently been let to Benchmarx Kitchens and Joinery Ltd and the final unit is under offer to another national trade counter operator.

Activity Constructed in 2006, tenants on site include Fed Ex and National Grid. The scheme is located less than four miles from Cardiff City Centre, in an established commercial / industrial area. Most recently A & S Manuel have taken 3,500 sq ft and another 5,500 sq ft is currently under offer. The client has undertaken upgrade works to include office space within two warehouses.
