Everyone was optimistic.

    About 1.40 P. M. th e motor truckbe longing to George Suplee left withabout twenty men aboard. At 1.50P. M. t wo m ot or trucks w e re l oa de dwith about forty-five m en a nd womenand a merry crowd went cheerily onto u rg e t he l oc al b oy s t o v ic to ry.
