    All set to fight.

    With great power and might

    Defeating Covid-19,

    Bringing World, its lost light!!!

  • Dear Children,

    Having to stay home to keep others safe is tough for anyone- but little

    Superheroes of Prangan have found the strength to do it so far by being

    one for the world, merely by staying at home. Yes! You did it! You have

    shown that if we work together even from the confines of our homes, we

    can make a difference! Let's stay United, let's continue to learn in new

    ways which will help us in more ways than one! So, in the comfort of your

    house, begin your holiday homework and pray that we shall meet soon!

    Read, watch movies, play games and spend a little time doing

    your homework as well.

  • 1. To begin with, choose a comfortable place and startreading your supplementary reader Alice’sAdventures in Wonderland by Lewis Carroll.

    2. After you complete reading the novel, for more funget ready to prepare a short two-minute video on anyinteresting part of the story.

  • Choose any character from the story, write down the

    dialogues and prepare a short role play of 2 minutes.

    You can prepare individually or work in pairs (brother,

    sister or any family member to add more fun to your act).

    Remember to make it more interesting by using props and

    costumes.

    Share your video with your subject teacher by 21st May,

    Thursday.Few characters for you to choose from-Alice, White Rabbit, Cheshire Cat, Mad Hatter and of course, the Queen of hearts, Lory, Dodo, Mouse, Canary, Lizard.

    for an up-coming competition: ‘Just a Minute’

    2. Students can prepare for the forthcoming event by practising speaking at home in front of an elder or a friend.

    3. Put a timer of one minute and select a simple topic like.

    4. To practice proper body language and gestures you can

    practice in front of a mirror.

    5. The Preliminary- rounds will be conducted immediately after vacations.

    6. So buckle up children to amaze everyone with your incredible speaking skills and raised self-confidence.

    tools, toys, coins, weapons used by people in the past. You can refer to the

    images given in your textbook.(Chapter 1 & 2)

    2. You can use Clay, Paper Mache, Wood, Small Stones that you find nearby oranything that is handy and easy for you to make.

    3. Prepare a video, explaining and showing the replicas of the tools, toys, coins

    etc. made by you. Share your video with your subject teacher between 20th to

    30th May.

    4. Your wonderful creations will be displayed in an exhibition and you will be

    given the opportunity to share the story behind it, once the school reopens.

    Making handicrafts is a good life skill to inculcate. So let’s utilize this summer break to integrate

    Social Studies with Craft.
