Our Summer Vacation

BHS Photo Lab

A full rehabilitation. New flooring, paint, refinished cabinets (in-house), tables, chairs, computers and IT infrastructure.

Our Summer Vacation

BHS Tennis CourtsNew playing surfaces, nets, fencing, drainage, improved ADA access, and seating replaced the old cracked/slumping lower courts that were approaching 25 years old. The upper courts also received new playing surface to match the US Open Green/Blue colors along with new bleachers, paths and improved drainage. The Courts are designed to USTA standards and also include new power and a drinking fountain. Adjacent vegetation-buffer cleaned-up and revitalized.

Ordway Portables D-HRelocation of portable classrooms G/H, formerly at BHS, increases teaching space at Ordway. New paint gives the portable a fresh look. New HVAC units installed in adjacent portables D-E improve efficiency and indoor air quality.

Woodward LibraryRemoval of underutilized cabinetry and new carpet in library provides opportunity for more open floor area adjacent to windows for group study. Cabinets re-purposed for the robotics program at Woodward.

K-4 STEM Program Rooms

As a part of the new K-4 STEM program, three classrooms at Blakely, Ordway and Wilkes were redefined. Over 200 individual pieces were organized for each space including storage, desks and chairs. New cabinetry was built in-house of sustainable materials in a modular fashion to aid in future repurposing.
