Phil ippe Mathijs, MBA, CEC, PCC Co-Founder and Director of Coaching, Board Executive ICF UAE With over 25 years of international experience across the Consulting and Financial Services industries within the Business, Risk and IT disciplines, Philippe has direct experience of the challenges being faced by today’s leaders and how to focus on dealing with these. He spent over 10 years and thousands of hours marrying business, coaching and mentoring before fully dedicating his life to his passion of helping people to reach their full and outstanding potential. Philippe has coached and led learning programs across numerous organisations and industries including financial services, payments, pharmaceuticals, healthcare providers, law firms. Some of his recent clients include: Wirecard, Network International, International SOS, plus many other companies at a global level. He has worked and is currently with individuals at leadership and executive levels from all over the world.

Monica Mahi Mathijs, MSc, ITOL CEO and Co-Founder Monica possesses a strong corporate background having worked across many Big Four consulting firms and financial services organisations at a global level. She possesses cross industry experience gained from companies such as Deloitte, EY, Barclays, Network International, Al Futtaim and Wirecard, to name a few. She is a change agent having delivered projects across a number of disciplines, functions and teams. Her passion to grow and develop people is combined with her experience within the space of corporate development and learning. She designs and delivers programs by understanding the needs of her stakeholders and clients to create high quality solutions. Monica is a project expert, management accountant, delivery manager and these skills are highly beneficial when conducting and running any learning development and training initiatives within the corporate world. Monica is a certified meditation teacher and uses this to as part of the programs she delivers

Reach Outstanding is a corporate development company based in the UAE. We design, create and deliver learning solutions, programs and workshop to corporate businesses globally. Having been in operation for over two-years, the company works across a number of organisations delivering bespoke and unique programs to meet the needs of our clients.

Founded by Philippe Mathijs and Monica Mahi Mathijs ex-Big Four consultants and Financial Services professionals, they combine global corporate skills with training and coaching to deliver high quality and effective programs to their clients. Our offerings are delivered through three services: 1. Reach Outstanding Coaching and Advisory – providing executive coaching for individuals and groups to help achieve goals

and development. We also offer assessment centres using a number of well-known tools including Profile XT. 2. Reach Outstanding Learning – providing corporate development services through workshops and programs focusing upon

leadership development, business skills and soft skills. Our facilitators are ITOL-approved, and our programs are ITOL accredited.

3. Reach Outstanding Wellbeing – providing programs and workshops to support wellness in the workplace. Studies and research support the need for companies to support the entire well-being of their staff. We run happiness surveys, mindfulness programs, stress management workshops and emotional intelligence programs.

We have our in-house methodology which we use to understand client needs and develop programs accordingly. Our flexible approach and nature to the services we provide allow us to be bespoke and tailored to the needs of our clients. Our vision is to work with our clients in a professional, ethical and to high quality standards to deliver coaching, programs and workshops which help people and organisations realise their potential professionally and personally.

Who are our t rainers and coaches? Just like companies come from many sectors and industries, our coaches and trainers have multiple backgrounds. We have health coaches, career coaches, NLP and executive coaches. Additionally, we guarantee that our executive coaches have both years of business experience at senior level and are accredited by the International Coach Federation (ICF). All our trainers have undergone a rigorous selection process to make sure they train “our” way, following our ethos and values. This ensure that every company we train receives the best. Our trainers and coaches attend various activities after which a debrief is provided to maximise learnings and also provide individual feedback and feedforward to the participants.

Blending learning, hands on experiences with real l i fe appl icat ion through coaching Research has shown that each individual learns in his/her own way. Some prefer learning in classrooms, others at their own pace at home. To answer those needs, we have the ability to deliver our trainings in many ways: from video to e-learning, from traditional classroom to offsite activities to re-enforce what the participants have learnt, we can tailor it for you. Research conducted by Egdar Dale

demonstrated that, two weeks post a traditional classroom learning event, participants only remember about ten percent of what was taught. The more interactive the participant, the more retention the company sees. Our longer programs incorporate classroom learning with exercises, offsite activities, and simulations to ensure higher level of retention

To achieve the ultimate embedding of learning and to make it part of the DNA of our participants, we also pair them with a coach. This has proven to multiply the results and the impact of the topics covered in the classroom by giving the ability to apply them, on the job with a coach to guide the student through any hurdles they might encounter. Finally, to maximise the ROI for the companies, we always end the longer programs (those above 3 months) with a final project. This enables the participants to showcase what they learnt by positively impacting their own companies in a unique and personal way.

To that extent, we ensure all of the program we deliver are ITOL certified. ITOL is a registered, certifying UK body that gives you the peace of mind that you will receive quality.
