uments 90% of us need;
How to get started: Organizing Paperwork: How are your Assets owned? Estate Plan-

The ABC’s of a Revocable Living Trust: Basics to protect your home if you need Long

Identity Theft continues to be a nationwide problem. Consequently,
all taxpayers and spouses WILL need to bring a photo ID to verify
their identity. Additionally, taxpayers WILL need to bring their So-
cial Security card or other documents issued by the Social Security
Administration such as the SSA-1099 (which shows the social secu-
rity pension for the year ). IRS/AARP have 3 new forms which will
require longer prep times for the clients.

A matter of balance is a free, award winning program designed to manage falls and increase activity levels.
You’ll learn how to see falls as something you can control; set goals for increasing your physical activities; make

EXERCISE AND WEEKLY CLASSES
Zumba/Fitness Classes Mondays and Wednesdays
with Emily Brenner Zumba Gold ® Mondays at
10:00am takes the Zumba formula and modifies the
moves and pacing to suit the needs of the active older
member. Cost $5.00 per class.
Dance Fitness/Yoga Dance Wednesdays at 10:00am
combines Yoga, dance, breath and energy with great
music. This class brings tons of fun and healing to body,
mind and spirit. Cost $3 per class.
YOGA CLASSES - with ROSA BROWN Mondays $3.00 per class Gentle Yoga ~ 12:45pm for those who
want seated, standing, and floor yoga poses. This is an
amazing group of seniors who are willing to stretch, and
able to get down on the floor.
Chair Yoga ~ 2:00pm, seated and standing yoga poses
that are adapted to the needs of the group. We stretch,
strengthen, challenge our balance, take time to relax.
LINE DANCING for fun and fitness with instructor
Charlotte - Tuesdays, from 10:00am to 11:00am $3.00
per person, all levels of dance are welcome. Have fun
learning some new moves.
Strength & Balance —with Nancy K Free Wednes-
days starting at 1:15pm 1 hour class with our instructor
Nancy. Focus on your strength and balance. Use of light
weights, seated chair program for beginners as well,
Donations accepted.
Core and Balance Workout class for seniors on Thurs-
days at 10:00am. Stop in to meet Sharon and try our
invigorating exercise class. $3.00 per
class.
Walking Club —will return in the
Spring.
KNIT & CROCHET FREE Tuesdays, 10:00am.

for knitting in creating beautiful handmade creations.
CERAMICS: with Rosemary Ardagna from
Claydreams of Arlington. Classes are held on Fridays at
the senior center from 10am to 12noon. Cost is $5.00
per 2 hour class, (cost of pottery piece not included).

Tai Chi Chi Kung with Marie
Favorito - Fridays at 9:45am.
$5.00 per person. Tai chi is an
ancient Chinese tradition that, to-
day, is practiced as a graceful form
of exercise. It involves a series of
movements performed in a slow, focused manner and
accompanied by deep breathing. All are welcome
Holiday Singers– most Fridays at 2:00 pm. No tryouts
required everyone is welcomed to enjoy a wonderful
group. Free class for all. Off site perfor-
mances on some dates.
Artitude with Debbie Corleto—Thursdays at 1:30pm,
The class will be a concentration on drawing using pen-

to Nursing Homes, and to the Medford Library. She is stopping by the senior center for pets and hugs,
a great way to reduce stress.
Loss, Grief, & Relief Support Group—Tuesday, March 26th begins at 2:30pm. This group is for everyone who ex-

Knit and Sew Club/ Project Linus Mondays 9:30am—11:00am FREE No instructors, just get together with
others to knit, sew and socialize. Join us if you would like to participate in Project Linus, we are working to-
gether on making blankets for children who have experienced a recent trauma.
Veterans Coffee Hour Thursday, March 28th, Veterans and their families are welcome to coffee social
at the Senior Center on the fourth Thursday of each month at 2:30pm.Facilitator is Connie Murphy.
International Conversation & Coffee hour—Tuesdays at 1:00pm, join us for a weekly coffee hour offering
conversations, presentations and once a month instruction in ESL in Spanish, French, Creole, Chinese, Rus-
sian and Italian. Marcelle Chevry, Beatrice Lee, Ariane Daniel, Consuelo Diaz & Marie Anzalone will be
hosting our Coffee Hour.
Weight Loss Support Group— most Fridays at 1:00 pm—FREE support group to help with nutrition, exer-

CRIBBAGE ANYONE? cribbage games on Mondays from 9:30am to 11:30am. Come on
down and learn to play or refresh your skills.

Canasta Mondays from 1:00 to 3:45pm– Do you want to try your hand at Canasta? Need to
refresh your skills—don’t worry the players are here to help at the Medford Senior Center .
Mahjongg– Fridays -1:30pm to 3:45pm– Looking to join a great group or to learn the game, stop by. A
Chinese game played, usually by four people, with 136 or 144 rectangular pieces called tiles. The object is
to collect winning sets of these tiles, as in card games such as gin rummy.
SCRABBLE-CHECKERS-CHESS or other board games may be played nearly any afternoon. We have
the games, just ask at the front desk for your leisure.
WHIST on Mondays from 1:00pm to 3:45pm-–WHIST, do you want to refresh your knowledge of Whist
or jump right in, all are welcome!
Dominoes on Monday– from 10:00am to 12:00noon– join us for a fun game of Dominoes, we have sever-
