Parental Support

• Provide a quiet place to study• Establish ground rules/ routine with

homework• Where possible, do homework the night it is

set• Pack school bag the night before• Minimise interruptions: Ipods, mobiles,

television, internet and other distractions• Organise a place for schools books and

equipment: on a shelf, in a box or a drawer• Notice board with timetable and reminders –

lists for each day of the week
