MANAGEMENT COMMITTEE

The Management Committee, led by the Managing Partners, is responsible for determining the firm’s strategy and managing the business. It meets monthly by conference call and quarterly in person. Each head of country and group heads in London have day-to-day strategic, operational and financial responsibility for their office or practice.
