• Introduction of new ward meal service trolleys 2007 / 08

• Each patient received an individual menu for next days Lunch and Tea

• Menus were ticked off with patient choices• Total sheet sent to the kitchen• Introduction of the new system agreement

to allow extra for late admissions etc
