WITNESS OF THE WEEK
Our Witness of the Week is
Elliot Moss (4th Grade)
Elliot demonstrated the virtues of
empathy and service when he arrived to school, and saw a classmate
struggling to bring a car seat into the office, he ran right over to help. Elliot chose to help a student over spending
extra time at the park. Way to go Elliot!
ST. ANDRÉ BESSETTE
André was the son of a wood cutter and all his life he worked very hard. When he became a religious broth-er, he was assigned as doorkeeper at Notre Dame college in Montreal due to his frail health. Among his
many duties, he greeted visitors and attended to their needs. People who
were sick came to André for help. He would pray with them, and many
were cured!
