The Anointing of the sick is appropriate for anyone
face with hospitalization or a serious challenge to
health. Since Privacy law makes it difficult for us
to know who is in the hospital, please call the Rec-
tory and we will be delighted to visit.
Our ministers to the sick bring the Holy Eucharist
to those unable to come to Mass.

attended the Celtic Christmas in Doe Run Concerts!
Only through your assistance was this festive fund-
raiser possible!
Also, it was so heartening to see our parish and
community spring into action to accommodate Sun-
day's cancellation and to rescue our musicians who
were stranded at St. Malachi's due to the unexpected
severity of Sunday's snow storm. Please know that
the Christmas Spirit is alive and well within our
parish borders!

It’s hard to believe a new year is nearly upon us.
We’ve been having so much fun at the ELC and as
the saying goes, “Time flies when you’re having
fun!”
Our Christmas Pageant will be held on Wednesday,
December 18.
The children are doing a great job reciting their parts
and learning Christmas carols!
We look forward to sharing in this special moment
with our students and their families.
Our Winter break will begin on Thursday, Decem-
ber 19. School will resume on Thursday, January 2.
KNIGHTS OF COLUMBUS NEWS
Forms for the Knights Christmas crabcake sale are
still available at each worship site. All orders must
be received by December 15.
Pickup is Wed., Dec. 18, at the SPC between 5:00

PILGRIMAGE TO FATIMA AND
LOURDES
Father Mulranen will be the tour leader of a
pilgrimage to Fatima and Lourdes from
September 22, 2014 to October 3, 2014.
Highlights of the tour include Compostela and the
tomb of St. James, Lisbon, Fatima, Avilla, Loyola,
