Our In-School Arts Education Program features multi-week (9-11weeks) multi-term (40 weeks)

educational residencies teaching Spanish history, culture and language using flamenco dance as the

focal point. We focus on teaching the technique and skill of flamenco dance and music, whilst developing

Students poise, social skills and perseverance.

Flamenco dance is an equally fun activity for Boys & Girls (Boys love the percussive element in the dance).

Our program has been developed for NSW Primary and High Schools.

We follow the PDHPE Syllabus and also incorporate the cultural component of the language curriculum into our program.

Pepa Molina Flamenco dance Academy is the official ambassador of La EFA Syllabus in Australia

(Escuela de Flamenco de Andalucía - Official Flamenco Syllabus from Spain).

Flamenco Language Resource notes are provided.

All of the artists in the company are bilingual and are experienced dancers and dance teachers that have been

trained to work with children of all ages and levels as well as with special needs students (All teachers/performers

have children’s check certificate).

OUR PROGRAMS HELP STUDENTS FORM A MEANINGFUL RELATIONSHIP TO ANOTHER CULTURE (OR DEEPEN THEIR UNDERSTANDING OF THEIR OWN CULTURAL HISTORY) AND LEARN THE LEVEL OF TEAM WORK, DISCIPLINE, COMMITMENT AND ENJOYMENT INVOLVED IN PURSUING THE PERFORMING ARTS.

Professional teachers will visit your school once a week, we can also adapt to your school’s schedule and needs.

During our internship we will develop a 4 beat rhythm choreography called “Tangos Flamencos” where we will

incorporate all the different techniques learnt.

Our In school Arts program culminates with students performing the choreography they have learnt during

the course of our internship in flamenco costumes (Costumes & accessories are provided for students

free of charge) performance is ideal for a major school event such as; End of year, Xmas, Multicultural Day, Spanish Day, School fete etc. Our dance teachers will

assist with rehearsal and dressing the students on performance day. Student performance will be followed

by our professional Company performance with a Singer, dancer, guitarist and Percussionist in full colourful costume.

Half term is also available. We can also tailor a program to meet your needs.
