University to Work Initiative

Excellent-Way has been working side by side

with ECG Academy in the University to Work

program providing technical and software

sessions for students from various universities.

UTW initiative aims to bridge the gap between

academic education and the market needs in

the field of engineering. It is based on providing

a group of selected students with technical

skills that helps them acquire the skills required

by the labor market. The Program is divided

into three different phases; Selection, Technical

and professional training and finally recruitment

of the best performing team in ECG.

UTW initiative aims to provide Egyptian

selected students with the technical skills

required by market needs in the engineering

field. The whole initiative is held under the

umbrella of Community participation so that

Engineering Consultants Group (ECG), the

Excellent-Way Training Center, Rotary Clubs in

Egypt, and students' bodies in Universities

agreed to implement the University to Work

initiative. This initiative aims to produce world

class skilled students among Egyptian

universities and get them well-qualified by

developing their technical and professional

skills, and molding their characters to cope with

the labor market needs.
