PETE-Hammond is located near Hyderabad City, in one of the largest industrial estates of India. This is an ideal location to manufacture transformers as the average humidity is 30%. Our three manufacturing plants total 50,000 square feet, equipped with high vacuum ovens and modern testing facilities.

Testing/Service

• Offer an annual maintenance contract for transformers of any make/model within India or abroad.• Equipped with mobile transformer maintenance units comprised of high vacuum filters and on-site testing equipment.• On-site servicing, reconditioning and testing of any transformer make/model.• Offer stand-by transformers from 100kVA to 20MVA for uninterrupted power supply during emergencies.• Erection, commissioning and overhauling of transformers.• Substation consultant services.

All transformers are tested at the manufacturing facility prior to shipment. They must meet very stringent quality criteria prior to release.

• Full fledged in-house testing to carry out all routine & type tests (temperature rise & partial discharge), conforming to IS and IEC standards.• Type Tests (Impulse & Short Circuit) carried out at third party laboratories, including the Central Power Research Institute (CPRI) in India for all transformer ratings.
